The purchase of your travel booking constitutes a contractual agreement between the traveler(s), customer(s), and/or purchaser(s), (collectively as "You" and "Traveler"), and Elite Sports Tours Inc. and for leisure customers of Elite Sports Tours (“Elite Sports Tours“, "We", "Us") pursuant to the following terms and conditions ("Booking Terms and Conditions"): is a website owned and operated by Elite Sports Tours Inc. You also agree to the terms and conditions of the respective hotel and/or event ticket platform (the ‘Suppliers’) providing the travel and/ or event product or service (the ‘Products’) you are purchasing. The Rules and Regulations (or Terms & Conditions) for the hotel reservation and/ or event ticket providing the customer’s selected product are made available during the booking process via a featured link to their Terms and Conditions.

It is the responsibility of the user to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Elite Sports Tours Inc. and the Suppliers (collectively the ‘Terms and Conditions’) before purchasing Products through the website and/or its affiliate sites. We reserve the right to update and/or modify these Terms and Conditions when needed. It is the responsibility of the user to return to this page to review updated versions of our the Terms and Conditions.

Users of the website shall be referred to as the ‘Customer’ in these Terms and Conditions (referred to as ‘The Agreement’).

  1. Responsibility of this Website (Elite Sports Tours Inc.) is a licensed travel agency in the province of Ontario. As such, it offers the service of providing reservations and travel information, as provided by Suppliers to the Customer.

    As a condition of the use for this website, Customers purchasing Products on certify that they have reached the age of majority in the province of Ontario, 18 years of age, as well as the age of majority in their province of residence. is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our Customers and to being open about our policies.   2. Price, Availability, Increases and Content Shown on

    Prices and availability quoted are subject to change (at the sole discretion of our Travel Suppliers and are due to space sellout/demand) at any time until full payment has been received and tickets have been issued. If the total price of the travel services is increased and the cumulative increase, except any increase resulting from an increase in retail sales tax or federal goods and services tax, is more than seven percent, you have the right to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund. Please note that all airfares and tour operator rates are subject to change without notice if full payment for booking has not been received. Elite Sports Tours does not warrant that prices will not change until booking is paid in full and an increase must be borne and paid for upon demand either by Elite Sports Tours, the airline, the tour operator or the Travel Supplier.

    In addition, please note:

    1. Additional airport and/or hotel and/or car rental fees and government taxes (other than sales tax) may not be included in your purchase. These are frequently collected at destination.

    All prices within this website are in United States dollars unless otherwise stated and are most commonly displayed as priced in “USD”.

    Some airline, hotel fees, baggage fees, where applicable, may not be included in the pricing. All prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes in pricing that may occur before, during or after a purchase, as a result of a change in a Suppliers charges are not the responsibility of Once a booking is complete, pricing cannot be adjusted (processing bookings not included). Please note that pricing or availability of Products is not guaranteed until confirmed (full payment is processed).

    There can be moments when an advertised price on this site may differ from the final confirmed price. This may be a direct result of an unavoidable delay between the Suppliers amended pricing and the most current selling price reflected on Should there be a discrepancy between the initial advertised price shown on the website and the confirmed selling price, the latter shall prevail.

    Prices may also vary if a customer is booking a single, triple or quadruple occupancy per room, thus altering the pricing format set out by the hotel.

  3. Payment

    Payment for online bookings is required in full at the time of purchase. Online purchases can be made using Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Event ticket purchases are 100% non-refundable. Hotel booking refund is at the discretion of the Supplier and booking type. International credit cards may not be accepted. The credit card holder and/or payer on the booking is the person with whom has the contract/ agreement to provide Services to, and it is this person to whom is responsible. All fraudulent purchases will be investigated and prosecuted.

    Without consent of the primary credit card holder, we do not accept third party credit cards.

    All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is required no less than 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Some travel packages and services must be paid in full at the time of booking. If final payment dates are missed itinerary will be cancelled and deposits forfeited.

    A 3% credit card fee may be applied to some bookings such as bus tours and other travel reservations. To avoid credit card fees, you can remit payment by email money transfer.

    A credit card is required for all airline, hotel and/or ticket bookings. You will need to provide a valid credit card and identification to check-in at the hotel.

  4. Credit Card Chargebacks

    If for any reason, any Travel Supplier is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the Travel Supplier, and not against Elite Sports Tours and in the event that payment has been made to Elite Sports Tours by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to chargeback your payment to Elite Sports Tours. If the credit card is passed through to the Travel Supplier and you seek to chargeback your payment from the Travel Supplier, you agree to be held liable and indemnify Elite Sports Tours against this chargeback from Travel Supplier, including without limitation any fees charged to Elite Sports Tours. If Elite Sports Tours incurs any costs, including but not limited to legal fees to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for those costs. If your credit card as the form of payment is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owing to Elite Sports Tours via another payment method immediately. In addition, if your credit card is declined, you understand that no rates or space can be held, and no portion of your travel booking will be confirmed until which time full payment is received.

  5. Bus Tour Information

    1. It is your responsibility to adhere to itinerary arrival and departure times.
    2. We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes prior to departure with proper documentation and waiver form signed to ensure you do not miss the bus.
    3. You are responsible for getting to the bus and back to the bus on time.
    4. Buses leave 30 minutes after the game unless otherwise noted.
    5. You are required to ensure you have proper identification to travel to the USA and adhere to all entry requirements.
  6. Reconfirming Departure Times

    It is your responsibility to confirm your bus departure times at least 48 hours prior to departure. Some trips will have schedule changes and your departure times may differ to what is stated on your Itinerary. We recommend that you reconfirm your onward and return departure times at least 3 days prior to each trip. Elite Sports Tours is not responsible for schedule changes.

    All guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure to ensure you do not miss the bus. Please note that all travelers must be present with their waiver forms. passport and visas necessary for the destination. Any passenger arriving late for departure will miss the bus. We cannot hold up the bus and have to adhere to strict departure times.

  7. Confirmation and Delivery

    After a booking is made, the customer will receive an email confirming the purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to insure that all contact information is accurate at the time of booking (email addresses, phone numbers, etc.). Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the information on the confirmation email is in accordance with the Products that they have purchased. If there is a discrepancy between the information on the confirmation email and that of what the customer has booked, the customer must contact our offices during our regular business hours at 1–888-908-1042 or via email at immediately.

  8. Ticket Purchase Policy

    We reserve the right to replace tickets with comparable or upgraded tickets. When this occurs, We shall be considered to have fulfilled our obligations under these Terms. Definitions of "comparable" and "upgraded" are made at our reasonable discretion. Should We fail to deliver any confirmed ticket purchase, our sole obligation or liability shall be limited, unless otherwise required by law, to the return of any payment made by you in relation to the undelivered ticket. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order at any time for any reason.

    Due to the large volume of ticket sellers listing tickets, locations, descriptions and pricing of similar or equal tickets may vary.

  9. 100% Buyer Guarantee

    The 100% Buyer Guarantee means that your transaction will be safe and secure, the tickets shall be delivered prior to the event, the tickets shall be identical, comparable, or better than the tickets you ordered, and the tickets shall be valid and authentic. Your only recourse under the 100% Buyer Guarantee is compensation made in relation to the tickets.

  10. Ticket Refund Policy

    All sales are final. If an event is canceled, We will refund the purchase price (including delivery charges, less possible restocking fees), or will issue a credit for use on a future purchase, as determined in our sole discretion (unless otherwise required by applicable law). To qualify for compensation, you must return your tickets as soon as possible, but within ten (10) business days after you receive notice offering you compensation. No compensation will be given without the original tickets, unless otherwise determined by Us in our sole discretion. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be compensated. We, in our sole discretion, will determine when an event is cancelled.

    If, for reasons of maintaining social distancing or other safety reasons related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the entity putting on the event has announced a seating or attendee capacity reduction of greater than 15%, then, at our sole option, We reserve the right to cancel tickets for seating locations eliminated by the venue or to deem such event cancelled in its entirety. In the event that We deem an event cancelled in its entirety based on a reduction in capacity: (i) all outstanding orders for such event will be cancelled; and (ii) the event will be reposted for sale with the adjusted capacity and known restrictions. Any buyers whose tickets have been cancelled pursuant to this paragraph shall receive compensation for such cancellation as described above. This provision and cancellation policy, as well as all other terms relating to the COVID-19 pandemic contained in this Agreement, will also apply to any circumstances caused by any other communicable disease or illness that has or is capable of having a similar effect to the COVID-19 pandemic

  11. Event Dates and Times

    Event date, times, venue and subject matter may change. We are not always notified of such changes. It is your responsibility to monitor the event and to confirm any changes to the event with the entity putting on the event. In certain instances, a venue, promoter, or any entity putting on the event will require a ticket holder to relocate his or her seat or otherwise change the seating configuration in a manner beyond our control. We shall not be held responsible for any such change and will not be obligated to provide a refund or any other compensation in the event such a change occurs.

  12. Denial of Admission

    If you have difficulty getting into an event using the ticket you purchased from Us, you are required to contact our Customer Service Department at immediately for assistance. If the problem is not resolved, it is your responsibility to obtain proof from the venue of denied entry. Upon receipt of valid proof that the tickets purchased through failed to provide you entry, or if We otherwise determine in our sole discretion that the ticket was invalid, your sole remedy will be to receive compensation for the cost of the ticket including all fees and delivery charges.

  13. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets

    Please keep your tickets in a safe place. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets and are under no obligation, and, in many instances, are not able to replace the tickets. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage certain types of tickets.

  14. Ticket Holder Behavior Policy

    You agree to abide by all rules and policies of the venue, promoter and anyone else responsible for putting on the event. Should you fail to abide by those rules and policies, you shall be subject to all applicable penalties, including denial of admission to or removal from the event, restriction of future rights to access the venue, fines, and legal or other expenses associated therewith. Further, should any violation result in the loss of the ticket seller's season ticket rights or right to use any other tickets at that venue, or the right to purchase other tickets from that venue, you shall be held liable for all reasonable costs, expenses and losses associated with said loss including, but not limited to, all direct, indirect, vicarious, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits.

  15. Disclaimer

    Neither Owner nor the Service Provider is the official box office, or affiliated in any way with any venue, promoter, team, league or organizing group of any event for which tickets may be sold on Neither Site Owner nor Service Provider is associated with any official organizer of the events for which tickets are listed. Rather, is an independent marketplace for the sale of event tickets on the secondary market and Service Provider is the platform and service provider related to secondary marketplace sales.

  16. Important Information about Ticket Delivery

    Reservations and tickets for travel Products (hotel or cars) and supporting information will be sent to you via email not less than 14 days less than departure dates. For bookings made within 14 days of the Customers departure, check-in or pick up date, travel Product, e-tickets or reservations and supporting information will be sent by email to the Customer not more than 72 hours prior to departure. Same day bookings are not accepted.

    Event tickets (sporting events, concerts, festivals, etc.) will be provided electronically by email whenever the event Supplier allows electronic ticketing. Certain event ticket Suppliers however do not permit electronic ticketing and require physical tickets to be delivered to the customer. Physical tickets will be couriered where time allows to the Customer in advance of the event. Should time not allow for the delivery of physical tickets to the Customer, they will be available for pick up at the event’s venue (Will-Call).

  17. Travel Documentation

    For travel outside of Canada, most countries require a valid passport for at least 6 months beyond your return date. You may also require a visa depending on the country you are visiting and your passport’s country of issue. You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that you and all travelling companions have the appropriate documentation to gain entry to the chosen destination and for re-entry back into Canada upon return. You confirm that the spelling of all passenger names entered during the booking process are correct and are how they appear in their travel documentation. You understand that if any changes to the names are required after this booking is made, supplier-imposed charges will apply.

    It is your responsibility to have a valid passport, visa and/or other valid travel documentation. A passport is the only reliable and universally accepted travel and identification document. Using other documentation such as travel documents or refugee status cards may result in delays or being denied boarding. We will assume that all travelers on the booking have valid Canadian passports, if this is not the case, you are required to let us know. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.

    Please note the following requirements:

    1. Change of length of stay may result in a change of documentation needed to travel.
    2. Any visa advice provided to you is dependent on the accuracy of the information provided by you. Visa advice is current but can change prior to your intended travel date.
    3. Verification of documentation requirements must be done when travel date nears. time.
    4. Failure to provide the required documents may result in being denied boarding privileges by the carrier or relevant authorities, without further recourse or the possibility of a refund.
    5. To re-enter Canada; non-Canadian passport holders will need to provide proof of valid Canadian Permanent Residency, a valid Canadian visa or proof of outbound ticket within visa exception allowance. Citizens from countries other than the United States (U.S.) who do not need a visa to enter Canada will need to obtain an ETA before flying into Canada. Travelers do not need an ETA when entering Canada by land or sea.
    6. Immigration authorities have the sole discretion to deny entry even when the relevant documentation is provided. A Traveler with criminal history may be denied entry.
    7. We recommend that you inquire with the Consular Affairs Bureau for Canadians Abroad or review online the Essential Information for Canadian Travelers Guide at to satisfy personal requirements.
    8. For some countries, international health certificates and vaccinations are required. In some cases, failure to present required vaccination documentation (e.g. Yellow Fever vaccination) may result in you being denied entry into a country. We recommend that you consult with your local doctor, travel medical service or specialist vaccination clinic before commencing your travel. General health advice for the destination you wish to visit is also available on the Government of Canada Travel and Tourism at
    9. Some countries require travellers to be issued a special international driver's permit and/or international proof of insurance.

    Be sure to read the Terms and Conditions (or Rules and Regulations) of the Supplier providing your Products; particularly if a traveller is pregnant or has another medical situation or condition. Different rules may apply to different Suppliers and certain conditions are beyond the control of

    It is recommended that children under 18 years of age who are travelling alone or with only one parent/guardian, should have a notarized letter of authorization signed by the parent/ guardian who is not traveling, or if both parents/guardians are not travelling with the child.

    Immunizations and/ or Visa’s may be required to gain entry into certain destinations and/or to gain re-entry back into Canada. The traveller is responsible for ensuring that they are to up-to-date with all requirements in this matter.

    For information on Canadian requirements regarding provisions on immunizations, passports, visas, etc. please visit It is recommended that travellers contact the destination country’s embassy in Canada with further questions before they depart.

  18. Travel Insurance

    For your protection, we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident protection.  However, no representation or description of the protection made by Elite Sports Tours to you, constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the protection. Elite Sports Tours is not an insurance company and has no responsibility for the submission, payment or adjustment of any insurance claims. Any claims that may fall under the relevant travel protection policy must be submitted to the insurance company identified in the policy.   19. Cancellation

    Please be aware that all product purchases and bookings are 100% non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Any changes or amendments to itinerary or passenger(s) details are either not permitted or will incur a penalty from the Travel Supplier, or Elite Sports Tours as prescribed from time to time. Please see Invoice and Itinerary for penalty details. By acknowledging and accepting these Booking Terms and Conditions, Elite Sports Tours is hereby authorized by you to seek to recover any refunds/credits that may be available from any other Travel Suppliers from time to time. Hotel and Tickets are non-refundable once payment has been made. No cancellation or changes to any portion of your travel booking can be made. Any amendments to quantity of passengers is subject to occupancy change costs levied by the Travel Suppliers.

    Some Products may permit a change (e.g., a name change on file) for a fee that is determined by that Supplier as well as an additional service fee from Any changes to a booking must be requested in writing.

  20. Notice to Travelers

    Travelers should be aware that different living standards and practices may exist outside of Canada including but not limited to: provision of utilities, e.g. Water and electricity; accommodations; services of all kinds; food; food preparation and water quality, and therefore:

    1. Elite Sports Tours shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, illness or injury resulting from different living standards. Keep the state of the local economy and the country's level of development in mind.
    2. The quality of hotels advertised by our Travel Suppliers has been rated in accordance with the normal standard of the destination and could be different from the standard of Canadian hotels. There is no international standard and they can vary greatly.
    3. Hotel ratings also vary between one Travel Supplier than another for the same product. We recommend that you inform yourself on the amenities and reviews of accommodations before deciding.
    4. Service may be interrupted at any time for renovations, maintenance, or construction. Elite Sports Tours is an agent only and cannot be held responsible for quality or interruptions of service.
    5. Do ask questions and research on your own to ensure that are you are prepared for every eventuality.
    6. It is possible that you will encounter minor difficulties that are sometimes unavoidable and uncontrollable. Please initially attempt to address the situation locally directly with Travel Supplier(s) and then contact your consultant.
    7. Many independent Travel Suppliers require the presentation of a major credit card at the commencement of service to cover any additional incidentals and/or for potential damages. It is recommended that there is $1000.00 of available funds on the credit card.
  21. Traveling with Children

    1. Whether travelling alone or accompanied by an adult, each child must travel with his/her own travel documents, a passport and appropriate visa, plus supporting documentation: i.e. birth certificate showing the names of both parents and/or legal documents pertaining to custody.
    2. An adult travelling with minor children is strongly advised to hold a notarized letter of travel consent signed by other parent(s) or guardian(s) with legal custody. The letter must include the signor's address, phone details, authorization to travel, the destination and length of stay.
    3. If a parent/guardian is divorced or deceased, a custody document or death certificate is recommended.
    4. For unaccompanied minors travelling please provide the details of the person who is responsible for meeting the minor at the destination to your travel agent and the airline.
    5. It is your responsibility to obtain all documents including those for infants and children, as required by relevant government authorities of the country you are visiting.
    6. Some countries have very specific regulations regarding cases where both parents are not travelling with a child. We recommend you obtain information from the consulate of destination.

    Both parties agree that you may acknowledge and agree to these Booking Terms and Condition: (i) electronically;(ii) by handwritten signature;(iii) by any other electronic means, including without limitation acknowledgement via email acceptance of these Booking Terms and Conditions; or (iv) by your implied consent deemed via your actions which shall include without limitation the payment of the Invoice and/ or your use of the Services provided by Elite Sports Tours or any other Travel Supplier related to your booking. All such means will be deemed to constitute effective acknowledgement and execution of this Agreement and shall be sufficient to bind the parties to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  25. Suppliers

    All Products displayed on this website are provided to by Suppliers who in turn have their own Terms & Conditions. is a retailer for the Suppliers and is in no way responsible for incidents brought upon or caused by any Supplier.

    When a customer purchases Products through they must refer to the appropriate Suppliers Terms & Conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to refer to the appropriate Supplier for the Terms & Conditions that are specific to their Product. cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature whatsoever whether to person or property that may arise from the purchase of any Products through this website. By purchasing Products through this website the Customer hereby understands and agrees without modification to the terms and conditions listed above.

  26. Responsibility

    We always do our best to make sure your travel arrangements are satisfactory. However, Elite Sports Tours Inc. and its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns do not own or operate any entity which provides goods and services for your travel including without limitation, accommodation, airline, vessel, motor coach, or other transportation companies, guides or guide services, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions, food service providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors and are in no way affiliated to Elite Sports Tours Inc. or any of Elite Sports Tours Inc. affiliated entities.

  27. Liability

    Elite Sports Tours Inc. has no liability and will not provide refunds in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond its direct control. is not responsible for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

    Elite Sports Tours Inc. is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any Travel Supplier or of any third party. In addition and without limitation, Elite Sports Tours Inc. is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Also be advised that certain foreign facilities such as air-conditioning systems in public places, hotels and motor coaches may not be up to Canadian standards. If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors you are required to spend additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers and meal costs. Baggage is entirely at owner's risk. You may see the name Elite Sports Tours affixed to motor vehicles, on signs around the hotel or elsewhere. This use of our name is purely for reasons of identification and does not denote ownership, supervision, or control by Elite Sports Tours Inc. in any way. The prices of these tours are based on rates in effect (including foreign exchange rates) at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. You specifically agree that Elite Sports Tours Inc. is not liable for any consequential loss or damage.
